Lifezone Cancer Support Group
Life Zone is a self help Cancer Support group, which means, we are all either Cancer sufferers, survivors, concerned family member or people who care for those receiving treatment.
The group is backed and supported by the Macmillan trust, which gives us access to health professionals if and when needed, also endless supply of useful information.
Life Zone welcomes people who want to talk to other individuals, in a similar situation on a one to one basis, or to discuss issues as a group. We are all here to share experiences and simply help each other through their difficult times. Taking part in many activities to bring a smile and keep us thinking positively is a must. The group belongs to the members, so what we do depends on you.
Even though we only meet on the 1st Thursday of each month, we are available anytime at the end of a phone, and if we need to meet for a coffee and a chat between times, this can also be arranged. Everyone has something to share that could be helpful to some one else.
